About Me

    I am a seventeen-year old Taiwanese Canadian teenage girl who loves both watching and playing hockey. I'm sporty and artistic, and yes, I have glasses (if you were wondering, hehe). Music is both my love and savior, and I find that I cannot live a day without it. My tastes range from opera to hip hop, country and western to rap, piano to techno, and reggae to Cuban. Basically ---  it's just all over the map there.

    I have the most intense interest in any genre of books (aside from sci-fi). My favorite books include: the Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Harry Potter series, Digital Fortress, The Da Vinci Code, Little Women, Angels & Demons, the Silver Wing series, the Stravaganza series, and almost all books written by the romantic-author: Sandra Brown. I am also greatly involved in video-gaming, and my favorite games include: Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy VII, Counterstrike, Oblivion IV: Elder Scrolls, and all the Pokemon games. I want to go into Computer Science in UBC and become a Computer Programmer in the future. I drool over technology like it's made of pure sex... I guess you could say that I'm a huge nerd.

    I'm free to eat most kinds of food, except I can prove to be picky sometimes. For example, I absolutely loathe black mushrooms, but I love to eat foods with ethnicity such as Italian, Greek, Thai, French, Western, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Cajun, etc.

    My birth date is on June 4th, 1991.

    I love to sing and express myself through art and music. I play piano and currently in level 10.

    I am a Gemini according to the daily horoscope. I am a ram (sheep) in the zodiac.

    I like writing stories but I'm always too lazy to finish anything, though I can finish poems quite quickly but only when I feel like writing something.

    I dream of a bright future ahead of me, but I am very uncertain on how I will handle it, and will I handle it right. I am always anxious and uncomfortable, wondering what other people think of me. I'm self-conscious all the time, and because of that, I am somewhat depressed about the present. I am pressured to be perfect every day but I try to become even better than perfect. I have a serious problem as a perfectionist... I am pessimistic and cynical most of the time. I procrastinate. I am a hypocrite... I am my own critique.
